Comment For Entourage Full Movie In English Hd
Name :
Michael Sragow / Alias : Orange County Register
It's a particularly heartless, mindless and soulless example of the buddy movie - really more just a frenemy burlesque of a buddy movie.
Name :
Richard Roeper / Alias : Chicago Sun-Times
It's like catching up with an old friend and remembering why you don't hang out with him anymore: He's stuck in a rut and he has nothing new to say.
Name :
Betsy Sharkey / Alias : Los Angeles Times
Cube is solid as the impenetrable brick wall that Hart's comic barrage bounces off. Their odd-couple shtick delivers laughs. But more often than not "Ride Along" chokes on its own fumes.
Name :
Michael Phillips / Alias : Chicago Tribune
Devoted fans of the HBO series (2004-2011) will find it passably engaging, and newcomers will likely stare at the inside-Hollywood tropes and panic attacks the way Nipper the RCA dog stared at the Victrola.
Name :
Laremy Legel / Alias : Film.com
A forum for Kevin Hart to be the best stand-up comedian he can be.
Name :
Glenn Kenny / Alias : MSN Movies
What more would one want? Well, actually, quite a bit, but this movie ain't got much more than that. Still, as noisesome entertainments go, it 'brings' that thing we sometimes call 'it.'
Name :
Peter Rainer / Alias : Christian Science Monitor
This slick doodle of a movie is nothing so much as an advertisement for itself.
Name :
Bilge Ebiri / Alias : New York Magazine/Vulture
The bad news is that this sequel, which wants to wow us with its unrestrained, hyper-stylized, WTF-ness, is way too disposable for its own good.
Name :
Joe Neumaier / Alias : New York Daily News
Entourage plays like a solid, if slightly too long, episode. But even given the bloat, the cast's easy camaraderie and a "play it as it lays" atmosphere wins you over.
Name :
Mark Olsen / Alias : Los Angeles Times
Like a laboratory experiment on how often a movie can spin from bad to good and back again.
Name :
Neil Genzlinger / Alias : New York Times
The plot twists are easily guessed, and the film goes on for one predicament too long, but there are some good laughs.
Name :
A.A. Dowd / Alias : AV Club
Like its pay-cable inspiration, Entourage remains stubbornly, defiantly low-stakes.
Name :
Kyle Smith / Alias : New York Post
Put it this way: Gary Busey is in the movie. You'll forget it faster than he does.
Name :
Nick Pinkerton / Alias : Village Voice
The standards of all involved are so obviously floorboard-high, there's not much to say after the lights come up other than one of Blaze's "one-liners": "So, that happened."
Name :
Rafer Guzman / Alias : Newsday
That mix of admirable restraint and unabashed pandering makes Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance a guilty pleasure, if not the most wholesome treat.
Name :
James Berardinelli / Alias : ReelViews
There are some amusing moments but, like the TV series, Entourage is more interested in getting chuckles than guffaws. Maybe we should be thankful - at least the comedy isn't embarrassingly over-the-top.
Name :
Joe Williams / Alias : St. Louis Post-Dispatch
On that vicarious-pleasure level, the movie version delivers. Yet for anyone with a sense of irony or social justice, it's also frustratingly soft around the edges.
Name :
Linda Barnard / Alias : Toronto Star
To Ellin's credit, Entourage looks good and has liberal amounts of flash. But it is a fly trapped in amber, celebrating excess and male privilege in a sexist way that feels very old and decidedly out of step with the 2015 world.
Name :
David Ehrlich / Alias : Time Out
In 2015, however, bros only come before hos alphabetically, and what once felt like an innocent tale of wish fulfillment now plays like the masturbatory fantasy of a men's-rights activist.
Name :
Nigel Floyd / Alias : Time Out
Supernatural fantasy movies often work best when the film-maker's tongue is planted firmly in the cheek.
Name :
Bill Goodykoontz / Alias : Arizona Republic
History is lousy with mismatched-partner cop movies, and Tim Story's film is just another in that long line.
Name :
Mick LaSalle / Alias : San Francisco Chronicle
Four years after its eight seasons as an HBO series, "Entourage" is back as a feature film, and the first thing that needs to be said is that you don't have to know the show to enjoy the movie.
Name :
Kyle Smith / Alias : New York Post
There's nothing much funny in it at all.
Name :
Moira MacDonald / Alias : Seattle Times
I'd have given all my popcorn for something unexpected, like a song-and-dance number, but "Ride Along" just plods along, not terrible but never particularly engaging.
Name :
Chris Nashawaty / Alias : Entertainment Weekly
The film's twitchy ADHD pacing hardly matters since we're in such good company.
Name :
Scott Foundas / Alias : Variety
A lazy and listless buddy-cop action-comedy that fades from memory as quickly as its generic title.
Name :
Scott Bowles / Alias : USA Today
[Hart] gives Ride just enough buoyancy to keep it afloat, despite a story that would sink most performances.
Name :
Steven Rea / Alias : Philadelphia Inquirer
Let sleeping bros lie.
Name :
Justin Lowe / Alias : Hollywood Reporter
Since the film's largely schematic subplot about Serbian gunrunners can't manage much in the way of originality, it's fortunate that Story knows his way around a comedy.
Name :
Neil Genzlinger / Alias : New York Times
The film, though, has some redeeming qualities, including the presence of Idris Elba as the obligatory good guy, who encourages Johnny to get Danny into the protective custody of a religious order.
Name :
Stephanie Merry / Alias : Washington Post
You might think of the movie as a long car trip you've taken many times before. The same old roadside attractions may not be exciting, but when you've got great company, who cares?
Name :
Bill Goodykoontz / Alias : Arizona Republic
The big-screen version of Entourage is constructed like the series, another chapter in a sequel-ready story. If you wanted something more, you won't get it. But you will get this, and if it does well, likely more of it.
Name :
Alonso Duralde / Alias : TheWrap
Scene after scene of a sputtering Hart and a glowering Ice Cube, despite the fact that they were brilliantly funny in, respectively, Think Like a Man and Barbershop, their previous collaborations with director Tim Story.
Name :
Lara Zarum / Alias : Village Voice
It's a shame none of the women develop past sketches of angry girlfriends and no-name one-night-stands. Sexist, sure, but also a failure of imagination.
Name :
James Berardinelli / Alias : ReelViews
This is a boring movie. The over-the-top outlandishness can't disguise that the whole 95 minutes represent one big snooze-fest.
Name :
Kyle Smith / Alias : New York Post
Ordinarily I'd be into the idea of seeing Nicolas Cage's face burn, but alas, "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" is not a documentary.
Name :
Joe Morgenstern / Alias : Wall Street Journal
Gives shoddiness a bad name.
Name :
Peter Travers / Alias : Rolling Stone
Was there a crying need for a film version of Entourage? Hardly. But the movie is still a tribute to Piven's iconic performance as Ari Gold, a devil you can love.
Name :
Wesley Morris / Alias : Grantland
As a comedian [Hart] has been begging for Hollywood's attention for five years. He has it now, but you've got to believe he can do better than this.
Name :
Bruce Demara / Alias : Toronto Star
It's a noisy ride to nowhere.
Name :
J. R. Jones / Alias : Chicago Reader
After a while, you expect a tale of the movie business to tell you something about the movies as well as the business, but Ellin and company have never had anything to say about that.
Name :
Linda Barnard / Alias : Toronto Star
Shot in Romania and Turkey, the scenery is terrific and gives you something to watch other than this confusing mess. Johnny Blaze, you're just a candle in the wind, mate.
Name :
Ben Sachs / Alias : Chicago Reader
This routine buddy picture offers plenty of instant gratification (Cube and Hart are easygoing screen presences, and many of their one-liners are funny) but shows little concern for characterization, storytelling, or even comic pacing.
Name :
Sandy Cohen / Alias : Associated Press
All the familiar characters are there, along with ostentatious mansions, convertible Ferraris, Los Angeles landmarks and those topless women. It's a celebration of idealized consumption, presented without criticism.
Name :
Rafer Guzman / Alias : Newsday
Hart's springy energy and Ice Cube's deadpan snarl can be amusing, but they can't compensate for weak material.
Name :
Ashley Clark / Alias : Time Out
Ride Along is saddled with an uninvolving plot, and largely content to coast on cop-movie cliches.
Name :
Joe Williams / Alias : St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Kevin Hart hits the vicinity of humor with a few of his drive-by wisecracks, but the movie itself has nothing under the hood.
Name :
Peter Travers / Alias : Rolling Stone
Ride Along [is] a collection of moldy gags that director Tim Story tries to polish.
Name :
Connie Ogle / Alias : Miami Herald
Kevin Hart's mouth is the sole reason for the existence of the by-the-numbers buddy comedy Ride Along, which rises and falls on the strength of his chattery comic delivery.
Name :
Alonso Duralde / Alias : TheWrap
This is a movie about a flaming skeleton that rides a motorcycle - there's no excuse for it to be this dull.
Name :
Amy Nicholson / Alias : L.A. Weekly
The rapper and activist who recorded a furious album about the Rodney King attack is now embracing exactly the kind of violent, entitled, civil rights-crushing cop he once demonized
Name :
Richard Corliss / Alias : TIME Magazine
This is a movie you keep watching only from lethargy.
Name :
David Hiltbrand / Alias : Philadelphia Inquirer
Ride Along is a film so casual in its conception and execution, it should be titled Drive Thru.
Name :
Ann Hornaday / Alias : Washington Post
As he did in the show, Ari single-handedly saves the movie version of Entourage from "Medellin"-scale disaster.
Name :
Mick LaSalle / Alias : San Francisco Chronicle
The most truthful answer is friendly but unexciting: They're OK. They're pretty good.
Name :
John Semley / Alias : Globe and Mail
These characters represent the most repellant cliches of male friendship, where guys can only relate to each other through a discourse of casual misogyny and female conquest.
Name :
Sheri Linden / Alias : Hollywood Reporter
From its look to its episodic rhythm, the movie plays like a compressed Season 9 - a season that has its moments but wouldn't rank among the show's finest.
Name :
Ignatiy Vishnevetsky / Alias : AV Club
Is any of it funny? Hart and Cube's deliveries certainly are, but skilled comedians can make people laugh without being all that funny, especially if there's a large audience involved.
Name :
Stephen Whitty / Alias : Newark Star-Ledger
For 100 minutes, I didn't think about anything else at all. And sometimes that small relief is the best thing a movie can give.
Name :
Chris Nashawaty / Alias : Entertainment Weekly
Will it be enough to make Hart a household name? Maybe. But both he and his fans deserve better.
Name :
Wesley Morris / Alias : Grantland
It lacks the will, mandate, and talent even to attempt filmed entertainment.
Name :
John DeFore / Alias : Hollywood Reporter
Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance nudges its obscure hero's mythology forward a bit without seeming to care much how it gets there.
Name :
James Berardinelli / Alias : ReelViews
At its best, Ride Along is tolerable. At its worst, it borders on insulting.
Name :
Nathan Rabin / Alias : AV Club
At best, the Neveldine/Taylor team is capable of transforming ingeniously trashy premises into pop art, but here, they inherit a promisingly trashy franchise and fail to give it the allure and go-for-broke energy of superior trash.
Name :
Andrew Barker / Alias : Variety
At no point does anyone involved with the film ever take this too seriously, and as long as one takes it in the same spirit, it's perfectly enjoyable.
Name :
Christy Lemire / Alias : ChristyLemire.com
Ride Along has the dubious distinction of being simultaneously shoddy and straining, lazy and desperate.
Name :
Tom Russo / Alias : Boston Globe
[Hart] at least . gives a boost to the familiar buddy-cops formula of "Ride Along."
Name :
Mark Olsen / Alias : Los Angeles Times
The movie has none of the fizz of the earliest of the series' eight seasons, and watching it summons that vague blank familiarity of discovering a show you used to watch is unexpectedly still on the air.
Name :
Adam Graham / Alias : Detroit News
You may not have missed them, but Vinnie, E, Turtle and Drama are back, as empty and self-centered as ever, in the aimless, vapid Entourage movie.
Name :
Peter Travers / Alias : Rolling Stone
One look at the dreadful mess that is Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance will turn your whisper into a primal Cage scream: MAKE THIS MOVIE STOP!
Name :
Peter Keough / Alias : Boston Globe
The film is stuck in the inconsequential rut of the series. The characters are static, and the comedy is situational rather than dramatic.
Name :
Michael Phillips / Alias : Chicago Tribune
It'll probably be a hit: Audiences are getting precisely what they're promised.
Name :
Christy Lemire / Alias : ChristyLemire.com
These guys learn nothing, they don't change, they have no arc and they are never truly challenged.
Name :
Elizabeth Weitzman / Alias : New York Daily News
Whether Cage is still paying off castles, appeasing the IRS, or rebuilding his comic book collection, it's clear he's decided, for now, to trade his talent for cold, hard cash.
Name :
Bilge Ebiri / Alias : New York Magazine/Vulture
An Ice Cube and Kevin Hart comedy that will probably be in a Rite-Aid discount bin in about six months.
Name :
Andrew O'Hehir / Alias : Salon.com
Did this overstuffed quality of "Entourage," its KFC Double Down too-much-is-not-enough-ness, ultimately work on me? Absolutely not.
Name :
William Goss / Alias : Film.com
An aggressively mediocre improvement on the first film.
Name :
Adam Graham / Alias : Detroit News
[Most] of the movie is a wash of buddy cop cliches and double crosses that aren't worth the cocktail napkin they were jotted on.
Name :
Adam Markovitz / Alias : Entertainment Weekly
Like the first Ghost Rider movie, this one burns plenty of rubber trying to swerve around plot holes and thinly written characters.
Name :
Stephen Whitty / Alias : Newark Star-Ledger
For a show that was all about seizing your moment, it may have missed its own.
Name :
Richard Roeper / Alias : Richard Roeper.com
This is a live-action cartoon.
Name :
David Denby / Alias : New Yorker
Nothing in the movie makes sense, but I prefer to think that "Ride Along" is just a badly told joke, rather than an insult to its audience.
Name :
Bilge Ebiri / Alias : New York Magazine/Vulture
It's a bro-mage to itself.
Name :
Elizabeth Weitzman / Alias : New York Daily News
If you're looking for brainless action, hop in. But if you're aiming any higher, you'll probably want to find another ride.
Name :
Alonso Duralde / Alias : TheWrap
Piven's Ari is so over-the-top in his narcissism and megalomania that he's fun to watch, but the other lead characters are the kind of bros who should be having drinks thrown in their faces on a regular basis.
Name :
A.O. Scott / Alias : New York Times
You could accuse it of glamorizing the shallow hedonism it depicts, but that charge would only stick if the movie had any genuine flair, romance or imagination.
Name :
Joe Morgenstern / Alias : Wall Street Journal
The jaunty style of a hit TV series has been replaced by huge spasms of false energy and a sense of barely concealed flop sweat.
Name :
Andrew Barker / Alias : Variety
Spirit of Vengeance is weighted down for long stretches in the middle, as it starts to treat its own religious hokum plotline with undue seriousness.
Name :
Jessica Herndon / Alias : Associated Press
Joining the ranks of odd-couple police comedies, ''Ride Along'' delivers laughs over action, with loudmouthed funnyman Kevin Hart driving the hilarity.
Name :
Soren Anderson / Alias : Seattle Times
It's merely a continuation and not an expansion of what has gone before.
